MP Smart Services Ltd is a company founded by Mel Pashley upon his semi-retirement from Ecebs Ltd, who are now part of Visa.

The company looks to exploit Mel’s 50 years’ IT experience, mainly in sales, and particularly with reference to the smartcard, payment and security sectors.
